Many of the cuts of beef we sell have been exactly specified by us from our extensive research - so you won’t find all of our cuts at the supermarket and probably not at the butcher’s counter either. Each of our cuts has a different flavour and tenderness level, meaning there’s loads you can do with them, this also means you might not have cooked them before. To make things simple for you, the links below will direct you to a few websites which can give you ideas on how to cook and serve your lovely beef. As we gather more recipes from the homagers, we will post them up on instagram so you can get that beef cooked to perfection!
